Getting started
I need access. Mentor Mindset is invite-only. Your organization's administrator sends you an invite link or code — open the link on your phone (or enter the code on the sign-up screen) to create your account.
Signing in. Use the email and password you set during sign-up. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it by email.
Notifications
If you're not receiving the daily question or reminders, open Settings in the app and make sure notifications are turned on. If they were previously declined, you can re-enable them in your device's system Settings.
You can turn each notification type on or off in the app's Settings screen at any time.
Managing your account
Delete your account. Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all of your coaching conversations and cannot be undone.
